On Monday, April 17 the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals issued a ruling BLOCKING California politicians from banning natural gas appliances and imposing costly home retrofit mandates that will cost each homeowner at least $30,000 to comply with! 

While the court’s decision is a HUGE win for us, the other side is appealing the decision!

Worse, California politicians are closely examining the decision to see if they can modify their regulations to get around it! 

That’s why we must keep fighting this crazy mandate by mobilizing public opposition to it – and making sure California politicians feel the heat!
